Common questions
Where is my dog? Progress is saved on your phone, so open the game on the same phone and tap PLAY. Deleting the game deletes the save.
Walk Here says it cannot find me. Walk Here needs the internet and, if you tap WHERE I AM, permission to use your location. You can type a place or an address instead, or turn location on again under Settings, Privacy & Security, Location Services.
Wolf Pack cannot see the other phone. Both phones need to be on the same Wi-Fi network, and each needs to allow Local Network access for the game under Settings.
The game is slow or hot on my phone. Close other apps and restart the game, then email Mark with your phone model so he can look into it.
